I Dr. R.D.Sikchi feels great privilege to work as a Principal in Sitabai Arts Commerce & Science College, Akola since 2014. The student culture here is vibrant and history is rich. The college is serving as a source of education to the society from 1938. We have successfully completed a NACC assessment and accreditation in year 2017-2018 and received a sustainable grade “A”. The planning of college is very effective. Each and every staff is very dedicated towards it work and the working culture is very fair. The college is multi-faculty hence it support various UG, PG and Ph.D. Courses. The teaching staff continuously upgrade themselves to cope-up with the change in education system. This also helps in enhancing the level of education.
Sitabai Arts, commerce and Science College is a truly global community. We partake in multiple outreach programmes, international exchange programmes and initiatives.
Even in this challenging time the college has given a fairly good result.
We have special NSS facilities and camps. The college has adopted a local village area and work for the upliftment and betterment of that village society.
We have a world class infrastructure, having ICT enable Classrooms and well-equipped laboratories. Our library is fully-furnished with latest books and e-learning resources having a soul 3.0 software and NLIST, this helps students to access the books online from anywhere in the world.
The college is student centric and work for the welfare and up-gradation of students. We have well IT facilities. Campus is under CCTV surveillance and have a wi-fi connection all around.
